sometimes plans fall through

I was planning a 2 workout day yesterday. Hit upper body weights in the am and planned to ride the bike after work. It was way too windy, dusty, stormy.

No workout today. Tomorrow I will lift and run. We got a spring snow storm so the riding's out for a few days. Hoping to ski Saturday with Carisa and Monday with the boys.
